Q. How will I know if my order has been successfully submitted?
A. You will receive an order confirmation via e-mail.

Q. How long does it take to get an order?
A. Once an order receives approval, it will be shipped within 5-10 business days.

Q. What happens if I choose to expedite my order?
A. Selecting expedite means your order moves to the top of the approval list for review and validation and will still require 5-10 business days to be shipped. If you want to expedite shipping, you will need to include your UPS account number and indicate in the comment box the arrival date you wish to have your order delivered.

Q. Can my order be shipped to a P.O. Box?
A. No. All orders must be shipped to a physical mailing address within the United States and Territories. 

Q. Can my order be shipped to Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands or U.S. Territories? 
A. Not through this system. Our UPS account does not ship to these locations. You must send an email with your event name, event date, purpose of event, event type, mailing address, product name, product number, and quantities per item needed to promotionalmaterials@americorps.gov or to your AmeriCorps staff program representative to have your order placed and shipped by mail through the United States Postal Service. Delivery times vary. Plan 4-5 weeks in advance of your scheduled event. 

Q. How will I know when my order has been shipped?
A. You will receive a shipping confirmation via email when your order has been shipped from the warehouse. You may also track the status of your order using the “My Orders” tab located at the top of the main page of the ordering website.

Q. How can I order an item not available on this site?
A. You may check out National Service Gear webstore https://americorps.nationalservicegear.org/store/catalog for branded items available for purchase.  

Q. Some items are available to ORO/HQ staff only. How do I know if I qualify for these items? 
A. Products marked “For ORO/HQ Staff Only” are designated to employees who work for the federal agency AmeriCorps (formerly operating as Corporation for National and Community Service). AmeriCorps employees must use their work email address to get approval for these items. If you are not an ORO/HQ employee and would still like to brand yourself with AmeriCorps or AmeriCorps Seniors staff gear you may purchase these items from the National Service Gear webstore https://americorps.nationalservicegear.org/store/catalog.

Q. My order was cancelled but I still want to promote and brand AmeriCorps and AmeriCorps Seniors. Where can I order the items I selected? 
A. You may purchase branded items from National Service Gear webstore https://americorps.nationalservicegear.org/store/catalog.

Q. I received notification that some of my items were removed or reduced because I exceeded the allowance per program. What is the max quantity per program? How can I get more resources to support the number of volunteers or members in my program?  
A. Each program may request up to the max quantity per item. If you receive notification that your products were reduced or removed from your order, you may purchase additional quantities from National Service Gear webstore https://americorps.nationalservicegear.org/store/catalog.

Q. I have an event coming up and would like to order a display exhibit. When should I request this item? When should I return the items out for loan? 
A. The AmeriCorps and AmeriCorps Seniors Exhibits are available for loan and must be returned within 3 days after your event. You should order these items 2 weeks before your event and indicate the name of the event and event dates in the justification comment box at check out. If this information is not provided items requested for loan will be removed from your cart or cancelled. If you want to own items out for loan you may purchase these items and other newly branded products at https://americorps.nationalservicegear.org/store/catalog

Q. What are the size measurements for wearable such as t-shirts, polo shirts, jackets, and vests?
